On July 9, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 35 of 2025. According to the announcement, in accordance with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items and other relevant laws and regulations, and with the aim of safeguarding national security and interests and fulfilling international obligations such as non-proliferation, the Ministry has decided to add eight Taiwan-based entities, including Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation, to the export control list and impose the following measures:
1、Export of dual-use items to the aforementioned eight Taiwan-based entities is prohibited; any ongoing export activities involving these entities must be immediately terminated.
2、In special cases where export is indeed necessary, the exporter must submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce.
These measures will take effect from the date of the announcement.
According to the Ministry of Commerce announcement, the enterprises added to the export control list this time include:
1. Aerospace Industrial Development Corp.
2. GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc.
3. National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology
4. JC Technology Inc.
5. CSBC Corporation,Taiwan
6. Jong Shyn Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd
7. Lungteh Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd
8. Gong Wei Co.,Ltd
